6R140 Torque Converter

Suncoast's new 6R140 torque converters are now available from Whatever It Takes.

Captive clutch failure in the Ford 6R140 is a chronic problem that is difficult to address with stock components. Suncoast addressed the issues with the OE clutch by using a custom rigid backing plate that reduces deflection and improved the factory spring system with a much more robust system. The company’s new 6R140 torque converter is designed for heavy towing and reliability. The 6R140 Guardian Converter (STC23603GTCHD) is available exclusively at Whatever It Takes.
