ATI introduces pressure regulator valve, boost valve kit for T400

ATI Performance Products has introduced a new solid pressure regulator valve for GM T400 pumps (part no. 4050120) and a boost valve kit for the T400 (part no. 405136). Both parts are new OEM style replacements and will work with OEM and aftermarket mating parts with no modifications, the company says.

The pressure regulator valve works in 1971 and up, “squared off,” pressure regulator casting boss pump halves, ATI says, adding that it can help cure high and uncontrollable line pressure, slow reverse engagement and slow converter feed.

The boost salve kit will not change your line pressure as it has slots just like the OEM parts, ATI says. This part helps cure soft shifts, slow line pressure rise and reverse issues, the company added.
