CVC Celebrates 25th Anniversary

Consolidated Vehicle Converters, Inc. (CVC) celebrates 25 years in business in 2021. Founded in 1996 by Co-Owners Julie Maynard Turner and Marcia Maynard Prugh, the company specializes in remanufacturing torque converters.

According to CVC owners, operations started in Dayton, Ohio, with just two employees, a small facility, some antiquated equipment, and a dream. Today, the privately held company operates out of a modern, 85,000 sq.ft. plant, featuring multiple production lines serving transmission repair shops and various industries throughout the U.S. and Canada.

“We are truly humbled to have reached this milestone and all credit goes to our loyal customers, dedicated employees, valued suppliers and trusted distributors,” said Julie Maynard Turner. “We genuinely look forward to continuing our journey for years to come.”

Marcia Maynard Prugh commented: “We are deeply committed to maintaining the highest level of business ethics. Our business model is customer-driven, and we set high standards for quality and efficiency. We are also committed to ongoing investments in our facilities, equipment, technology and employees.”
