Alto introduces cartridge filter for GM 9T, Ford 8F series
Alto has launched a new cartridge filter for the GM 9T series and Ford 8F series transmissions. Models covered include: GM 9T45, 9T50, 9T60 and 9T65; and Ford 8F35 and 8F40, model years 2017 and on.
Sonnax adds Zip Kit for GM 9T series
Sonnax has introduced a new Zip Kit for GM 9T45, 9T50, 9T60 and 9T65 transmissions. The company says the kit can recover hydraulic control and restore normal shift operation in these transmissions. The kit has drop-in parts that the company says address root causes of valve body complaints by sealing critical pressure circuits.
TransTec extends coverage for 9T overhaul kits
TransTec has shared that its 9T50 overhaul kit (part no. 49420576) and 9T50 overhaul kit with pistons (part no. 49420637) will now cover the GM 9T65 transmission, model years 2018 and up. Applications affected include:

Alto has introduced a three-piece molded piston kit for GM Hydra-Matic 9T50 and 9T65 nine-speed transmissions. The kit (part no. 232670) covers model years 2017 and on. It contains three pistons: the 6-7-8-9 balance piston, the 5-7 reverse apply piston, and the 3-8 apply piston.
