Bore wear in the B1/B2 apply control plunger valve sleeve in AS66RC and AS69RC transmissions allow line pressure to leak to exhaust at the B1 apply valve bore or line pressure and Reverse pressure to cross leak at the B2 apply valve bore. The result is inappropriate to apply pressure at the B1 and B2 clutches. Sonnax B1/B2 apply control plunger valve kit 122740-01K restores hydraulic control due to wear at either the B1 or B2 apply control plunger sleeve location, restoring proper clutch control to eliminate drivability issues and clutch distress.

ZF Aftermarket reports that it released more than 770 new parts over the course of 2023. According to ZF, those parts include 115 part numbers for ZF transmission products, including nearly 70 SACHS torque converters, and four different formulations of ZF Lifeguard e-Fluid for hybrid engines. A wide variety of other car and truck parts including brake pads, shock absorbers, and more, were also among that 770.
